Welcome to the Month of Love, a whole month of couples-inspired yarn! Have you suggested a couple yet?
My best-friend-since-High School, Jamie, suggestedthis yarn. She said: The Pioneer Woman and Marlboro Man (I know, I’m obsessed!). I see colors such as copper (her hair), turquoise (her jewelry), browns (his chaps), denim blue (his wranglers). But even though I love Jamie, that’s not why I spun it.
I spun it because I’m obsessed. With her humor, with her love story (which will soon be a book!), with her recipes, with her beautiful photographs. I just couldn’t resist trying to recreate the feeling of her site. The sunset oranges, the faded-Wrangerl blue, the pale green of her jadite dishes.
