The best advice I ever got was to spin just a few minutes EVERY day - better than all at once on one day. Then your muscles learn it and you don't have to think about it as much!<br><br>As for what club...the Fiber Club will give you lots of different fibers to learn about and experiment with (along with help & guidance from me - 1 on 1 - if you'd like it!) but if you don't have a wheel or don't feel like taking that big spinning step, the yarn club will be lots of fun too!
