Custom Orders
Because each handspun yarn is unique and one-of-a-kind we will be happy to work with you on a custom order, although no yarn will be a perfect recreation. Most handdyed yarns can be recreated, on a variety of base yarns, but remember – we only work with environmentally friendly yarns! If you need an organic, recycled or local yarn that we do not currently supply, let us know and we will do our best to fill your needs.
Shipping
All US orders are sent Priority Mail at this time, which is added automatically when you checkout. We are still researching alternative shipping methods, so if you would prefer another, let us know when you check out.
USA:
$4.75 for first order, $2 for each additional item
Everywhere Else:
$5 for first order, $3 for each additional item.
Payment Methods
Blonde Chicken Boutique accepts Paypal , money orders or checks. After “checking out” through Etsy, you must select Pay with Paypal to actually pay for your order. If you prefer to pay by check, please email us your order and we will give you the mailing address for your check. No orders will be sent until payment has cleared.
Privacy Policy
At no time will Blonde Chicken Boutique share any of your information (shipping, billing, etc) or any part of our correspondence with anyone else. We will use your address only for shipping what you order and the occasional free gift.
Returns
If, for some reason, you are not happy with the products or service you've received, please let us know. We promise to do our best to fulfill your expectations by providing excellent customer service and quality products. However, Returns accepted, with an 90% refund if the item is returned in the same condition it was received within 30 days of purchase. Items that arrive damaged or otherwise unacceptable will be replaced IF a clear picture and a detailed explanation is emailed to me within 10 days of purchase.
Please keep in mind each skein is painted by hand and there are NO dyelots, if you feel 2 skeins in one colorway are too diferent, knit one row from each ball to blend the colors.
